01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and waze2win ("Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features and content available on the waze2win platform.

By clicking the "Register" button, completing the registration process, or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are considered part of these Terms.

If you use this platform on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

02User Eligibility

To register and use waze2win, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into and execute binding agreements.
• Not be prohibited from participating in online betting under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Not have had an account previously closed by waze2win for misconduct or breach of terms.

waze2win reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify your eligibility. Users who do not meet the eligibility requirements are not entitled to use this platform and any winnings obtained may be withheld without payment.

03Account Registration and Management

Each user is only allowed to hold one active account. Owning more than one account is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as per your Identity Card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or closed.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password and login information confidential.
• Ensuring no other party uses your account without authorisation.
• Notifying waze2win immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information should any changes occur.

waze2win is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security responsibilities above.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

The waze2win platform supports various payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM20. Deposits are typically credited to your account automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment service provider.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after your request is approved and identity verification is complete. Withdrawals can only be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name.

waze2win reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks before approving any withdrawal request. These checks are a standard security measure and are not intended to obstruct legitimate withdrawals.

Any attempt to process transactions using a third-party account or payment method is prohibited and may result in account closure and funds being held.

05Bonus and Promotion Terms

waze2win offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, and you are required to read the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

Calculated examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

waze2win reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted in error or obtained through illegitimate means. Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user. Using multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses is prohibited.

06Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the waze2win platform are conducted according to their respective specific rules. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.

waze2win uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are fair and free from interference. The live casino uses live dealers recorded in real time from a licensed studio.

In the event of a technical error or system disruption during a game session that affects the game outcome, waze2win reserves the right to:

• Cancel the round or bet in question and return the wagered amount to the user.
• Resume the game from the last valid point if sufficient data has been saved.
• Make a final decision on payouts based on an internal technical investigation.

07Prohibited User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the waze2win platform:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person or entity.
• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to play or place bets.
• Exploiting any bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's system.
• Committing payment fraud, including unauthorised credit card chargebacks.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, seditious, or harmful.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or illegal activity financing.

waze2win reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and report it to the relevant authorities if required.

08Account Suspension and Closure

waze2win reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a breach of these Terms has occurred. In such cases, withdrawal processing may be delayed until the investigation is complete.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Before the account is closed, users must withdraw all available fund balances, subject to any wagering requirements that have not yet been met.

09Limitation of Liability

waze2win is not responsible for any delays, service disruptions, or losses caused by factors outside our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or third-party interference.

10Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which waze2win holds its operating licence. This platform operates under a valid international licence and is subject to the compliance requirements of that licence.

Should any dispute arise between you and waze2win regarding the use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the relevant international arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
